Introduction
The domain name www.framefolio.in is operated by Framefolio, a subscription-based service for video editors that provides digital tools including portfolio creation, exposure through an Editor Search Hub, and access to client job listings.
Services
Framefolio offers the following services through its paid plan:
- Portfolio creation with a personalized link (e.g., www.framefolio.in/yourname)
- Discoverability through the Editor Search Hub
- Notifications and access to verified job opportunities
All services are available under a monthly subscription model.
Intellectual Property & Copyright Disclaimer
Editors are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload:
- Does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws
- Is either their original work or properly licensed for use
Framefolio is not liable for any disputes arising from copyrighted content uploaded by editors. We reserve the right to take down content in case of valid claims.
Third-Party Tools
Framefolio uses Google for authentication and Razorpay for payment processing. We are not responsible for issues caused by these third-party services.
User Obligations
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of their portfolio data and account credentials.
- Accounts are created via Google Login and must not be shared.
- Any misuse of the platform, including spam, abuse, or illegal content, will lead to account suspension.
Trial Edit Submissions
For job postings that include a Trial Edit request:
- Voluntary & Unpaid Evaluation: Trial edit submissions are voluntary, uncompensated sample edits intended solely for candidates to showcase technical skills and enhance their prospects of selection. No financial compensation or payment will be provided for trial edit submissions.
- Commercial Use Prohibition: Clients are strictly prohibited from publishing, broadcasting, distributing, or commercially exploiting trial edit submissions without the editor's explicit consent and a separate formal compensation agreement.
- No Hire Guarantee: Submission of a trial edit does not constitute an employment contract or guarantee selection for the job posting.
Modifications and Updates
Framefolio may modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
